"In December my gas fireplace stopped working. I guess everyone else’s did too because it was hard to get ahold of anyone. I called Alpine Fireplace and left several messages. They didn’t even bother calling me back. Called Hearth and Home and got on the calendar for the end of January but they seemed annoyed. It was $175 service call no matter what was wrong with it just for the visit. Saw on Facebook someone posted about Eagar Heating and Cooling. We had a large company come out to do a tune up" and verification, however, they claimed the heat exchange was cracked, and the entire unit needed to be replaced for $3500+"

Lehi AC & Heating Work Experience

Lehi Air Conditioner Repair

In mid June, William, a homeowner in Lehi reached out to us to fix his air conditioner. It wasn’t blowing cold air. We sent our technician to diagnose the issue. Usually when the AC doesn’t blow cold air it is has something to do with the AC compressor or the coolant in the system.

For William’s AC, we quickly identified that he has a small leak in his AC which reduced the amount of coolant in his system. Because the AC is so old, it used R22 coolant which is out dated and expensive. We offered to refill his AC to get him through the summer, and gave him a quote to replace the old unit. Because the unit is on it’s way out, it wasn’t worth it to find and repair the small leak.

Lehi Air Conditioner Repair

Tim, a Lehi homeowner reached out to us since there AC wasn’t working. Tim has two Air Conditioners for his home. Both units were showing their age and as we ran our diagnostics we quickly identified that the issue was with the Capacitor on both units. We were able to replace both capacitors that day and have the home full of cool air shortly after.

Lehi Furnace Repair

LaDan reached out to us to review her Lehi home furnace. She had been having trouble with the thermostat which was causing heating issues. We ended up reprogramming her digital thermostat and checked the motors and capacitors of the furnace. We found a leak in the drain plug which we tightened and as a courtesy we replaced her air filters.

Lehi Furnace Repair Repair

Kamie reached out to Eagar Heating initially because they were concerned of carbon monoxide. They complained of headaches and were worried that the furnace may have a leak.

We ran a CO test which found that everything was okay. We tuned up the furnace and cleaned the indoor coil and blower wheel. We also replaced the MFD run capacitor.

By cleaning the furnace we improved the air quality of the air circulation which we hoped would help with their headaches.

Lehi Air Conditioner Tune Up & Repair

Janette Wright had an AC that wasn’t blowing cold air. We went to her Lehi home and did an AC tune up. As part of that process we checked the indoor coil, capacitor, contractor, valves etc. We noticed that the Schrader valve in the service port was leaking and the capacitor was bad. We replaced both that helped bring the AC back to what it should be.

We were also concerned at the dent and bend in the AC line. We replaced that portion of the line.
