I contacted Eagar and they were happy to come and take a look at it. It hasn't worked well since the day the builder installed it. Once the Eager tech left it was cleaner and working better than it ever has. The tech was super courteous and informative, and arrived within the window we agreed upon. He was very skilled too, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained what he fixed, and the final repair costs were very reasonable. If you're looking for somebody to fix your fireplace I'd highly recommend Eagar. I will be calling them back in the future for any of my heating and cooling needs. As a side note, I'm pretty tough on companies with my reviews. Just go look at my other reviews. These guys deserve 5 stars. They really model how a good business that's focused on their customer's needs should be run."

"After struggling with my A/C system for a couple of years I reached out to Eager heating and cooling for help. They showed up on time and that day had a bid for me with several options and went over each option and how it would work for my house. Once I decided to have the work done they set up a installation time and showed up on time. The workers were efficient, clean and very nice they even wore masks when doing the work in the house. Wish I would have done it sooner makes a world of difference in the house. Would recommend them to anybody that needs furnace or A/C work done. You won’t go wrong."

He confirmed that the compressor could be replaced under the existing warranty, which would significantly reduce the cost and hassle for Allan.

The service plan included replacing the faulty compressor, adding up to six pounds of R410a refrigerant, flushing the lines with nitrogen, and replacing the filter dryer to ensure the system’s longevity and efficiency. This meticulous approach not only safeguarded the system against future issues but also reinforced our commitment to honoring warranties and providing thorough, reliable HVAC solutions.
